My favorite day

My favorite day of the week is Saturday because it's the weekend!

I usually stay in bed until 10:30. Then I have breakfast and read the newspapers. After breakfast, I often go to my parents' house dacha near St. Petersburg, specially in the summer. Dacha is the Russian word for house in the country. It's a place where you relax and forget about everything.

My mother normally makes a big lunch. After lunch, we play cards or read. My parents sometimes go for a walk, but I don't go with them. I don't like walking or exercising!

In the evening, we often invite friends for dinner. In the summer, we eat outside, and people usually start singing ad dancing. We never go to bed before 1:00. Nobody works on Sunday morning!
